These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of Yoga Luxury Lodge. By making a booking or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
- Booking and Payment
– We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard. Online payments are handled
by a secure payment gateway.
– Payment links are accepted.
– QR code scan
– No booking will be confirmed without proof of payment.
– Yoga Luxury Lodge is a cashless facility.
– A 100% payment is required to secure a booking.
– If a customer wishes to make changes to booked services, it needs to be done via the
source of the reservation. - Cancellation and No Show
-The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime. If the guest doesn’t show up, they’ll be charged the total price of the reservation.
– No show: if the guest does not arrive on the reserved date, the booking is 100% charged. - Lodge Rules
– Guests must always respect other guests and staff.
– No smoking is allowed in the rooms.
– No pets are allowed.
– Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially after 22:00.
– Any damages to the property caused by a guest will be charged accordingly. - Liability and indemnity
– The Lodge is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during their
stay.
– Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves and their personal belongings during
their stay.
– The Lodge reserves the right to refuse service or request the departure of any guest who
fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, or whose behaviour threatens the safety
or comfort of other guests or staff. No refund will be issued in such cases.
